We have tried to keep our shipping costs as low as possible while still covering a portion of our costs. We ship most orders via USPS.
Typical US shipping rates are $3.50 for one or 2 bulbs, $7.50 shipping for a dozen bulbs, and other rates will be shown in the cart as you check out.
When you visit http://Burtonlighting.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All bulbs are subject to a 1 year warranty, even in commercial applications. For warranty claims, contact us for return authorization prior to shipping items back.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International orders are accepted. Our pricing does not include Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and/or Import Duties (please consult your local import tax authority for details). Contact us for shipping costs to international addresses. These taxes and duties will be collected at the time of delivery and are not the responsibility of Burton Lighting. Packages refused at the time of delivery will not be automatically refunded. We reserve the right to charge for the value of goods, duties and freight if the receiver fails to accept these charges.
Customers in California are subject to local Sales Tax which will be shown on the order total at checkout prior to payment
Our online payment solution provides the most secure environment available and no credit card details are stored on our server or by Burton Lighting. All data transmitted is encrypted and all processing systems are checked and updated as often as is required by software suppliers.
